As a think tank dedicated to the future of Central and Eastern Europe, Blue Europe contributes by producing research-driven publications and policy recommendations that support regional development.

WHAT WE DO

Think and Act

At Blue Europe, we believe that rigorous research and thoughtful debate are essential to shaping the future of Central and Eastern Europe. As a platform dedicated to fostering dialogue across the continent, our mission is to bridge academic insight with policy relevance, bringing together scholars, policymakers, and civil society actors from across the region and beyond.

We publish a wide array of contributions that reflect the complexity and diversity of European development, from detailed policy analyses to sharp commentary and long-form studies. Our content is grounded in cross-border collaboration, regional expertise, and a shared commitment to evidence-based solutions.

To better reflect the breadth of our work, we have restructured our publication categories. All contributions are now classified by both type and topic, making it easier to navigate the issues that matter most to you.
